You aren’t completely accurate in your assessment on this one. There are many businesses closed down never to be reopened and thousands of lives lost due to government overreach and political posturing (tyranny). Now this hasn’t been USSR communist level suffering but that’s where we can sure end up if we don’t act.

Well, trust me, I'm not ignoring this mess. But I am finding some inner peace by acknowledging that there are things that I can change, and things that directly affect me, and then there's a whole boatload of shit that simply isn't affected by how I think or feel. I won't stand idly by if there is evil in my area of influence, but I'm not going to get all wound up about stuff happening across the entire country.
I don't have anyone on ignore here. It's been my philosophy that if someone is pissing me off so badly that I feel the need to put him on ignore, then the problem is me and not him.
