Rifle Scopes Converting Leupold VX-3 to mil-dot and M5

I thought I would post this info in case others are wondering or considering also having this done.

After getting a really good deal on a VX-3 8.5-25x50 with the dot reticle, I called Leupold and asked about converting it to a mil/mil format. They informed me it would be $160 for the non-illuminated mil-dot reticle and an additional $195 for the M5 dials. Turnaround time was estimated to be a month, so I sent it off today.

Not a NF or S&B, but should still be a nice addition!

Very handy info! Is that only the elevation? Like the available vx3's are? Or both knobs? Thanks for posting, let us know how this turns out for sure!

Very nice scopes! Just didn't like the eye relief difference between min and max magnification.

That price includes both dials.
