Converting Spuhr QPD-4016 to Traditional Clamp

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a Spuhr QDP-4016 to use the traditional Spuhr side clamp rather than using the QD Side Clamp?

I dont think it is possible, sell the mount and get one without the QD clamps.
