Don't know if they've been called out for this before... But....

If you go ordering a modified case and that's all you need...

They aren't going to charge you shipping.

Eleven bucks was for real eleven bucks. I fully expected to fork over an additional $5-7 or so to the S&H gods which would have sucked big time!

If i remember right and you can wait on the turnaround, I'm pretty sure its only $8 bucks if you ship your own brass in.
