CorBon 260 ammo pricing

Re: CorBon 260 ammo pricing

Thanks Chad. After researching the going rate for CorBon, they are out of the equation. I'm looking for approximately 800 rounds. I thought I might be able to get enough reloaded before April, but after working all weekend through my brass... New ammunition has gotten somewhat expensive to say the least. I don't know if I can throw down $1,500 after taxes right now. It looks like I might have to try Southwest Ammunition to the tune of $1,080 - damn that's a lot of money!

His 260 ammo is loaded on a progressive Dillon 650 with a progressive powder dispenser. I load by hand on an Accu-lab scale to .02 grains accuracy with a competition seating die.

I tried to pm you, but your box is full.

I have never seen you in my shop, nor spoken with you, so I don't know how you can speak with such authority about our manufacturing methods.

The market for my company is practical shooters hitting targets out to 1,000 yards with the 260, and our method provides more than enough accuracy and consistency to meet that need.

Re: CorBon 260 ammo pricing

Well Put,

I am sorry to the people that are in need of my Cor-Bon .260 Ammo. I am currently waiting on my 260 brass order from Lapua. I know this has been putting me behind on my .260 orders but with all the poor quality Reminton and Norma brass we have been seeing I think the Lapua brass will be worth the wait.

I should have all my 260 ammo back on the shelves mid next month.

Thanks,

Pete
