I was in Mexico circa 95 when they had the huge Cholera outbreak. When the sewer and water lines were put in hundreds of years ago they put them in the same trench and used terra cota pipe. Over time the pipes went back to mud and the water and sewage mixes. People were dieing like flies.

I'd load up my trash and head on over to the mayor's house and city counsel members houses and dump my trash there.
I would encourage my neighbors to do the same. I wonder how long it would be before they did something about trash collections
