I played with these scopes at SHOT Show and I must admit that I wasn't too impressed with them. The glass had good clarity and contrast but the lenses were poorly coated which caused quite a bit of refraction inside the tube.
The overall quality of the Counter Sniper scopes is on par with other brands costing half the price.
These scopes are certainly not worth the $3,400 that they claim. Even at $944, I would be hard pressed to pick one up.

Those scopes kick ass guys, I have one on my marlin 30-30 and with 170 grain soft noses I can shoot a tennis ball at 800 yards! The trick is to file the bullet down to a point before you shoot it...

The downside with Counter Sniper scopes is that eventually that Government overrun is going to run out, and we'll have to pay full price again for regular production models. When do you suppose that overrun is going to run out?
I mean, I know it's really hard to get these things since all of the Tier 1 operators get first dibs, and we civilians are lucky to be able to even glimpse these things. Who do you think designed the mil-dot inside of a mil-dot inside of a mil-dot and plastic turrets? It was probably the Omega Sector. Still, it's cool that they can sell use some of the extras.

I think i would just tape a paper towel tube to the scope rail of my rifle and make a cross hair out of fishing line, before i would buy a CS piece of crap, the zantrillitem terilleam coatings is a man made chemical process, They piss on the lens at the factory in hong kong.

I don't know if you guys are into nice watches, but CounterSucker is EXACTLY like the brands "Montres Allison" and "Louis Bolle". Montres Allison was created by a bullshitter named Terry Allison who bought cheap Chinese watches, had his name put on them and then claimed some crazy heritage (he might as well said he was directly related to A.L. Breguet). You saw these on eBait advertised as $8000 watches selling for $400 due to overruns, overstock, etc...they compared to them to AP, JLC, BP, Breguet, Rolex, etc..it was quite comical to see all the suckers buy into the advertising (people really are stupid and don't research)...well lo and behold, Montres Allison is no more. I'm sure those IDIOTS that bought them are gonna be a little upset that their lifetime warranty is no longer valid.

I've got one on my long range tactical slingshot. Even though I'm shooting 300gr marbles pushed by two pounds of Hershey chocolate and ignited by the shrill voice of my wife hollering "Take out the garbage, NOW", I can't get the 780 mil holdover needed to hit the squirrel at 1500 meters. Maybe I should look for a more expensive model, a $10,000 overrun.
