After 13 years I'm getting out of the Marines. A week from friday is my last day (October 8th). Then im starting the 2100 mile drive home, its going to be a long ride down I40. Guess its time to start a new chapter in life.

You also get to move out of California...Congrats on that and the end of your service. I've got a good 13 left before I retire. You will always look back on those years fondly. It is a noble and great profession.

I guess its just intimidating getting out and facing the real world after being in for a little while. Just got to get back in school.
