Well I just finished my second build. Built this for my younger brother and myself (it's his when he's here on leave, and mine the rest of the time)

Do you know if that stock can be had for a winchester model 70?
I have a Winchester Coyote 22-250 I would love to do this to.

Nice stick and I really like the camo pattern!

With a 1-8 twist I'm going out on a limb and ruling out the 40 gr. pills. So what are you planning to use in her, 75 gr. AMAXs or something tougher?

yup, going with the 75gr Amax. When fire forming I was using some Win white box 40 gr varmint rounds and the bullets wouldn't even hold together at 50 yards. Looked like a shotgun had shot the target. From what I know on the stock it is inletted for Remington, Savage, Howa, and Weatherby.

load is = 77gr SMK, 32gr of Varget, Win Brass, CCI BR2 primer, loaded .006 of the lands

I just bought some regular 22-250 ammo and shot it in my Ackley barrel. I used the Winchester white box 40gr value pack. It was like 40 rounds for $20 or somewhere in that ball park. Out of 80 fireformed rounds I hade 3 that either split or broke. So figured it is decent brass.
