prob way to early to ask. but,anyone have any hands/eyes on experience or input on their new scope line?

Well, I guess I will be the test dummy. I just ordered one of the 5-25x56 3 series scopes. The only thing I am scratching my head about is in the specs. It says it’s a 34mm tube but only has 20 mil of elevation. The 4-20x50 has a 30mm tube and has 20 mil of elevation. It seems like one of these is wrong. This is going on a 6.5 creedmoor so with a 20 MOA rail that will get me out past the limit of my rifle. I will have get out to the range with the scope this Friday and will shoot a match with it Sunday and I will post my impressions after that in a new thread.
we will both be test dummies. i just ordered the 6-24x56 34mm MOA illum. will see. not to start a flame but i hate mil. tried it on several scopes. been "thinking" and shooting MOA a long time. and i really don't like xmas tree reticles. truth is the price,gift card,reticle and MOA were big factors to order and use euro optics to buy. euro seems a good outfit. never used them before. plus my smith saw a demo and was v. favorably impressed and he is a nikon x/fx 1000 fan. now hope i can check out,read reviews and stuff here when the meopta 6s hit the market. i know for a fact they are fine scopes. put one on my grandson's T3 about 8 years ago + when they just showed up at sport optics and were had at a vg intro price. simple 3-9x40 and it has been a great buy.
Yeah, I’m a mil guy. It is what everyone at the matches uses and itjust makes things easier. So you got a 2 Series? It will be interesting to see what the difference is between the 2 and 3 series.

will render my opinion for what it's worth when i can get behind it. be 2 weeks +/- after cataract surg til i can shoot again. will have ares btr,nikon x, vortex-but just a 1-8 strike eagle-and a weaver tac which is shockingly crisp and clear not just considering what i paid to directly compare. vs athlon will be the test. just hoping i don't love it so much to crave a 2nd after the gift card deal is done.
I have one of the Weaver Tactical scopes too. Mine is the 5-30x56 and it is a really nice scope. It is a Japanese made LOW optic. Those are definatly a lot of scope for the money when you can find one used.
I have a 5-series 3-18x50 coming fairly soon.
I have been looking at their 3.5x Battlesight for a while and I really like it, the CTS-1400 red dot sight seems pretty nice as well. I'll take both to a carbine class next month, so we'll see how they do. For now, I am cautiously optimistic. I will try to get a reasonable crossection of their products, but I can't loo at everything. So far so good, though.

I would have really liked what I was eyeing with the 5 series optics. The more compact size and the 6x mag range especially. I will be interested to see what all the differences are when some reviews start coming out. I really like shorter scopes and the 3 on the lower end is very appealing for the FOV. I guess I will wait to hear what you think and possibly pick one up for my next build.
I am very curious about the 5 series 3-18x50 and 3-24x56. If these are better than a Vortex PMII 5-25 then a used one these could become a go to rec for new shooters with a tight budget.
The 3-18x50 is here and I like it so far. Given it is a new design, I would like to spend some more time with it before I offer any definitive opinions.
I picked up the 3-24X56 ffp mil 5 series and am running it on my RPR 300 WM. Glass is great. Clicks are definite and turrets are firm. With the 30 MOA rail and Burris XTR Signature rings I have 19.3 mil of elevation adjustment left. That’s enough to dial 10 yards short of a mile. I have 140 rounds through it and so far I‘m pretty impressed. Got it through Midway at their sale price for about half off.
Thanks for the reply! I assume you got the non-illuminated model? Is the eyebox forgiving? I just can't stand a picky eyebox. I"m very tempted if that is acceptable. I got rid of a Tango 6 3-18 Gen 2 because I couldn't take the eyebox. Probably didnt help it was shorter also, while the Crimson Trace looks more like a full-size optic.
