I assembled a long range varmint rig with a Savage SA in 22-250 with a McGowen 26" stainless bull barrel with 1:8 twist. My load is a 80g Hornady A-Max seated to 2.60 over 33.5g of Alliant Power Pro 2000MR with a CCI BR2 primer in Remington match prepped cases. Here is the result from my Magnetospeed Chrony.
I'm happy with the 3280 velocity as well as the accuracy. Here is the group it shot.
