Germs,

My email frequently receives blank messages from folks going to the site and contacting me via the online form.

For whatever reason, I'm too dense to figure out how to make this work the way its supposed to.

If you can, copy/paste the actual email address into your email management software and send it that way. I always get those.

    ALSO:

PM's are great and I try real hard to keep up. The issue becomes with trying to remember screen names with the ones were born with. When clients send in work I always ask they include a note with a summary of work and (most importantly) CONTACT INFORMATION.

I bring this up because right now I have two guns in here with zero documentation provided.

1st: A Remington Model 700 Long Action with a factory barrel chambered in 300 Winchester Magnum. Along with the action was a new SS barrel from Rock Creek in 30cal with 10 twist.

I believe the name is M. Afkari.

    The Serial number is: G700XXX5

If your the owner and see this, please get in touch with us. I need to get some information along with specifics on the chamber specs.

    2nd:

Harold's Gunsmithing in WI shipped us a Stiller Action in care of A. Dambacher. Along with this action came a Brux 6.5mm 1-8.5 ROT barrel. We've also received a AI chassis stock in a separate package last week. All the stuff arrived safe and sound, but I didn't get a note.

Again, please call us so I can get you in the build list and determine a status. We also don't know what cartridge this is to be chambered in.

    Thanks again guys.

    Chad

    Re: CST Service Stuff

FWIW, Chad, the page that the submit button would send the user is called "test2.php" which doesn't exactly inspire confidence that it is an actual form processing page. Looks like your web developer may have dropped the ball. That page may do nothing or something half-assed.

For anybody else, you should be able to click on the footer image @ bottom where it has the email in the graphic. The whole thing is an image map that will bring up your email client.

    Re: CST Service Stuff

Dont ya just love it when that happens. Had a guy send a barrel and action from a certificate toward labor that I had donated at a shoot 2 and a half years ago. never called prior just sent the stuff in, and now I can't contact him at all.
