Looking for a curing oven that is commercially available for around $2k. Must be at least 4' tall, 110/220 is fine, digital controls preferred. Just don't want to build one.

Does anyone have a recommendation of one they've used?

If you want a great alternative, get online and start looking at auction sites that specialize in business liquidation. Roller Auctions in Denver is what I use.

I bought a Hobart commercial holding oven used in the food/beverage industry. Normally north of $18,000.00 I bought mine for $1200. I trolled Amazon, bought some cheap home oven heating elements, wired up a PID controller along with a couple relays using an old desktop chassis, and we've never looked back. 220V 3 phase is what I wired it for since my shop is setup that way, but its easy enough to use single phase as well.

I can darn near stand 6 people in my oven. Never hurts to have room. I had less than $3000 into this and that includes the 14 hours of driving to/from to go get it. Might be worth looking into.

Go big you will need the room . We built one using a Homak steel cabinet and a toaster oven it worked great but too small . multiple items seemed to get bumped into each other if not careful . Right now we are using a used store bought durabake oven that is larger but you still need to be careful . I keep watching for a commercial oven like Long rifles suggested .
