Current lead times at McMillan

Anyone know current lead times at McMillan? I’ve heard 2 months and 6 months. I know everyone seems to be on extended times now.

6 months would be the shortest I've ever waited for a McMillan order, even in good times.

Just ordered two. They mentioned 4-6 months. With the new ownership I am expecting the full 6 months.

So about where they’ve been for years. Wasn’t planning on a new stock, but new barrel won’t fit in old stock. Had to confirm a couple numbers before I confirmed the order. I’ll get it placed in the morning.

Why not open up the barrel channel? Easy enough to do yourself or send out to Phoenix Custom Rifles. They keep some McMillan on hand too, maybe no wait.

The old stock wasn’t wide enough. By the time the barrel channel was opened enough the top line would be lowered almost 1/4 inch. The barrel I had in it was already bigger than the advertised max from the manufacturer.

I just got my A5 order last week which took about 5months.

I wonder if the lead times would be shorter for the Z1 or Z10 with the universal inlet???

I ordered an A3A and got it in 2 months and that surprised the shit out of me.The stocks I got before that took 5 to 6 months.
