Is it a Rem/age setup with a barrel nut? If not you’re probably going to have a lot of headspace adjusting to do. Also, I’m pretty sure every action you listed takes Savage threads.

Ah, so you have a barrel blank but it’s not cut yet? Yeah you should be fine then.
Bottom bolt release typically means a little bit of stock work. Your gunsmith shouldn’t have any issues with that.
Final questions: what’s the purpose of the build, and what are you planning on having it chambered in?

I have a rem 700 action i have a brand new bartlein barrel cut chambered and shot but want to replace the rem 700 action and try to use barrel. It was used for long range shooting out to a mile 300 win mag 225 elm 2929. 28 inch barrel maybe 100 rds. But i will use it for hunting and shooting out to a mile.
What don’t you like about the R700?
Good point on the bolt release on the custom actions; the lever may be removable on that trigger but I’m not familiar with it.
Based on what you’ve said, I think the option that makes the most sense for you is the Defiance Tenacity (inexpensive) or Rebel (slightly more). It’ll require the least barrel work for fitment since the tenon has the same nominal dimensions (with the Rebel, only with the Standard tenon length). Let Defiance know you need it cut for CIP length.
If you spring for the Rebel, I’d also go for controlled-round feed since you’d be using it for hunting, and I’d probably go for the Sheep Port as well for the same reason. I’d also get the integral lug option.
Defiance has a ton of options so I’d definitely give them a call to figure out exactly what you want!

I don’t think the Alamo is a bad option; I just haven’t heard anything one way or the other on it, while people seem to really like Defiance. For a few hundred bucks price difference it wouldn’t hurt to call Alamo as well though!

you're gonna have to rechamber the barrel.

Yea, I thought the new titan action was going to be LA. Either way, Defiance, or Big Horn will do the job.
Sorry, the Impact is not currently available in a LA. What I'm proposing is that you have be barrel set back to fit any other action. It only cuts 0.75 off of the total barrel length.
+1 on the Bighorn TL3, although the new Terminus Actions also look very promising.

Terminus has released the Helios. Long action with either a .470, .540 or .585 boltface
Nucleus LA is a great action, but again, it uses Savage Small Shank pattern barrels.
They are perfect for 300WM, have controlled round feed, and work very well with CIP mags! Changing bolt heads is easy and 284 Win or variations will feed perfectly from 300WM mags.
