Gunsmithing Custom AR-10 Lower and m110 magazines

has anyone ever made a lower receiver that takes m110 magazines and is compatible with the armalite upper?

The Hesse HAR-25 takes Armalite uppers and SR-25 mags. I think they're out of production, they got pretty bad reviews.

The AR-10 upper has a shelf to limit the seating depth of the AR-10 mag. The shelf does not allow SR-25 mags to seat even if the lower is for the SR-25 mags.
