No kit. I used some standard colors and mixed the colors myself. 8 colors total. Also cut my own stencils. That was the biggest pain and took the most time. Glad you like it.

You did do a very good job, and yes it is a PITA and is why it costs a premium to have done by professionals

Thanks guys. I have DuraCoated a few other rifles. This was my first multicam though.
Actual cost was around $180 for the supplies.
Total time involved 3 full days. I used an old oven to cure and harden the paint.

This looks good! What standard colours did you use and what ratios? I'm working on my first attempt, and having to mix even from the "multicolor" kit that they told me (over the phone) was an exact color match from a swatch of multicam... so I'm having to adjust the colours quite a bit to get it to match as close as I can.

I used Duracoat multicolor kit as well as Magpul Dark Earth and White. Only used white to lighten some colors. Don't remember the ratios.
