Surgeon action
Kreiger 6.5mm 1:8.5 barrel, chambered in 6.5x47 Lapua, crowned at 26" finished length.
Shilen trigger, tuned to 2 lbs
AICS 1.5 stock
bed as needed
Cerakote action and barrel to match stock (as closely as possible)
Install Badger bolt handle

Am I missing anything?

you want a badger bolt handle on a surgeon? why not a kmw? the surgeon is already threaded, you can buy one for $30 and screw it on yourself

any fluting on the barrel? Threaded for suppressor?

No fluting. Too late to flute. It's due here next week.

Oh yeah! I didn' think of that. Have no idea what CAN to get, someday, but at least it would be threaded now. Good idea!
