We have always called it Ringing a Shell, and it works well for hogs when duck hunting. Never had any pressure problems, but I would not try it with a full choke. I have heard of people blowing out a choke.

Yeah a buddy of mine showed me that trick about 10 years ago. He would call em Zingers. Never shot them out of my personal shotguns, but through quite a few others with no damages. I still think it has to create a hell of a lot of pressure.

i used to shoot them all the time .when i was trapshooting .i use to put a steck of targets about 75 yds away and bet peaple i could break them with there shells,i would cut them then shoot them out of my over under break the targets but never show them the leftovers .take there money and run they work great
