CZ 457 22WMR Varmint barrel

I have a Lefty 457 Varmint in 22 LR and am now in the market for the WMR varmint barrel. Are there any out there? It seems not....Any ideas would be appreciated.

Keep watching czusa website as they do come up for sale. Other option is the get a 22wmr reamer to a 22lr barrel.
