CZ -- Model 550 Varmint, 308 Win, H&S Prec Stock, NIB can anybody share info on this rifle might be able to pick one up for 700.00 from what i can find sell for about 850.00? just not that familiar with the cz any info will be appreciated. Thanks

CZ makes excellent firearms. A good friend owned a 527 (.223) and it was an absolute hammer. Had a single set trigger, IIRC. Either way, at 700.00, you'll be far from missing out on any money. Worst case you don't like it, sell it, and move on.

Go for it man. You won`t regret. Controlled feed mauser style action, two stage trigger in a basic package, nice and clean machined... Great rifle overall.

I had one about 5 years ago, it was very consistent. The set trigger took a little getting used to. Pretty nice rifle overall and worth every penny. I say get it.
