Very cool! .308?

I believe they all were. They were never that popular about 10-15 years ago, and the last few new examples were sold at about $1,400 on Gunbroker. Originally they were in the $1,800 range IIRC - somebody please correct me if I'm mistaken here. I looked at them many years ago as a potential want, but never had the money to buy one at the time.

As soon as the last couple new ones sold however, a few popped back up for considerably more money. Ever since then, they've become extremely scarce. I'd wager you wouldn't get into one for anywhere close to what they originally sold for.

I always thought they looked like an AI, but with a Mauser 98 pattern action.

I can't find pics yet, but I had two of the much more exotic and rarer CZ700 M1, also in .308. The 750 is essentially a two lug Mauser action. The 700 has 6 rear lugs and a 30 degree throw. The stock looks similar to the 750 posted , but is grey laminate. Phenomenally accurate rifle with a wonderful trigger. It's one real issue was a very narrow extractor that was prone to pulling through the case rim. Wish I had kept them.
