Got a new Cz shadow 2 and having multiple failure to extract with multiple different types of ammo. Before I go reaching out to CZ thought I would see if anyone here has any suggestions to start. I cleaned the extractor after the first few jams. Have about 3-400 rounds through it so far.

Go to CZ. Many folks have been having issues with new CZs, their QC/QA has dropped severely. Stoeger has even made a video recently about his disappointment in CZs quality program.
Quick update - sent it to CZ on June 9, got it back this morning. Put around 200 rounds of a mix of ammo (some steel case) and it ran perfectly.
They polished extractor and replaced extractor spring. I probably didn’t need to send it in honestly but CZ made the whole thing painless.

Good deal, glad they took care of you. As preventative maintenance, once a year I replace the following springs: Trigger Return Spring (TRS), firing pin spring, and the extractor spring. Recoil spring gets changed every 5K rnds. You can get everything from Cajun Gunworks.
