Basically, is 0.866" barrel and the Manners Stock worth an extra $500?

My question is prolly not a fair question.

I had a 452 American (same barrel, wood stock) that would hold 0.50" at 50 yards.

Would the heavier profile barrel hold a half inch at 100?

And is the Tacticool stock (I think its a Boyd's) just so much junk?

DFOOSKING.... Ice tea off carman electras ass had me rollin! Great visual!

Dont mean to hijack or derail here, but i am kinda in the same situation here, where I love the T4/tacticool ergonomics, but if the Boyd's is $100 (questionable durability due to soft wood), and the manners is easily $500 on its own. From what I have seen, those are the options for that style stock, unless you buy the PT (which I don't believe is available in .17HMR). Any other options? Need a group buy on manners T4 for the CZ...

I would love to take my gun out of state to shoot with a can, but the states surrounding mine make it illegal to bring in our through. So, that is my point. Would you travel out of state with this to compete or shoot? If so, get the PT. If not, have a ball, get the threaded model..

Price a Manners stock directly from Manners and will probably be more than 500 and yes the barrel is extremely accurate for a non-match barrel and should give most shooters a 1 inch group at 100 with the right ammo
