The company I work for is open from 7:00a till 9:00pm with a minimum of 10 employess on site till close. We receive lots of Fedex deliveries. Never had a problem with ground, but the express guy when he skips us always logs in business closed. My boss calls and raises hell, the CS rep always apoligizes but nothing is ever said or done to the driver that chooses to lie about the reason for his expensive poor service.
