The toes are coming out on my old 5.11s, so I was due for a replacement!

The last pair of Danners I owned said made in china. No more. The last pair of RedWings I owned, yep, made in china. No more. I do what ever I can to spend my $ right here at home. At times it's not easy but I try. Not all Danners are china shit so do your part and ask. BTW, whites are made in the good ole USA. I just checked these out and It looks like these are made right here at home.

Mine arrived yesterday - Made in USA, and seem to be a well made product with good ankle support.
