There's a good website called LoadData.com It's a good resource although they do charge a yearly due. I use it often.
I built one early this year and the customer is running A-maxs with alot of luck. I don't know his powder or charge although I know he took a nice buck at beyond 300 yards with it - he said it blew through both shoulders.

I received my best velocity and accuracy with H-414 and the 75 A-Max. I am getting 3350, but mine is the standard 22-250. So you should be able to push 3500 with that AI. That is pretty fast. I talked to a couple of guys who had the AI and they said at 3500 fps they are pretty tough on barrels. But what the heck, let the big dog eat. H-414 is also their go to powder.
My rifle wears a Krieger 28", 1in8 twist.
Get some of the new lapua brass and you might even get a little more out of her. I have 300 pieces on order. Tom.

although not an AI I have a 22-250 with a 24" 7 twist barrel and I run 80amax at 3200fps with 33.5grns of Varget. When I did run 75's I was getting 3300 w/ 34grns of Varget.

I started out with starting loads listed for the 220 Swift.My formed Ackley cases hold about the same volume of water as the swift. Pete
