I don't care who it was that got attacked, the failure to pursue charges against him is a travesty against the free citizenry of the city, the state, and in the end the country as a whole. Refusal to file felony charges, where they don't even prosecute misdemeanors so effectively they are letting this guy go free after what is obvious felony level assault and battery, likely aggravated assault as well, is the LA DA's office giving their citizenry the middle finger. There is no justice for victims in LA or California at large.

California is doing their damned best to prove all the criticism the rest of us in America say about them is not only true, that it's even worse. To hell with that city and state as a whole, they are an embarrassment to the real Americans in the rest of the country.

I don't understand why that individual would want Dave to do anything but continue his set. I'm assuming he was contractually obligated to perform so he continued on as a professional. Kudos to him, security guys finally got some action...everyone leaves happy.
