Night Vision DBAL Non-QD Mount

Has anyone had the desire for a non QD mount for the DBAL unit? I would like to bring it a little closer to the rail, more low profile.

That is quite interesting! yeah LDI lasers do tend to sit a bit high and I have always wanted a lower option.
