I got my DD Mk18 last spring. I put in a DD foregrip (not a fan of the Tangodown), Surefire Mini Scout, KAC flip sights, B5 Bravo SOPMOD, a leftover EOTech 553 I had sitting around, and a sling attachment and a Vickers 2 point.
