I have a Dead Air brake on a rifle with a 1.00" barrel, a Sandman S will attach with no problems. The can doesn't go back any further than the rear of the muzzle brake, so barrel diameter shouldn't cause any issues.

Horner said it. And I have an L and it did not affect group size, and POI shift was minimal and completely repeatable. Great cans all around. Also, I'll put the Keymount brake up against an Area 419 Hellfire, or similar, all day long (for non-magnum calibers). So that's an added bonus when running without the suppressor.
~0.94" (heavy palma finished at 25"). But as Horner said, the suppressor does not extend past the back of the brake. The locking lugs sit flush with the brake. I can take photos when I get home tonight if that would help you out.
Thanks. I was mainly concerned if there was enough clearance with very thick. Barrels. It seems like I'm gonna be fine. Thanks to everyone for posting their experiences.
