Not american gear but most likely IDF owned ARs. Look at the wear on the one on the body and the barrel profile of the one carried at high port. They don't look like anything seen in American arsenals in a long time.

Fixed carry handles on both too. Probably from the A1s we sent over to the IDF around the Yom Kippur War. Lot of them got chopped into carbines and/or rebuilt over the years.
