I doubt it for the simple reason that you can't safely build a .408CT-based rifle on a .338LM-based action; it needs to be scaled-up a bit. So the next logical step is a variant on the AX50, but that would require not only swapping out the barrel but also a bolt with the proper head to handle a 0.635" rim, let alone the magazine. At this point, it makes more sense to go with a custom .375CT rifle or a DTA HTI if you want to shoot that cartridge. I recently shot one based on a Barnard P-Chey action in an XLR stock and it was impressive.
But who knows? Maybe AI will show one at a SHOT 2014? If they follow the modern trend towards modular chassis systems, I would say it's inevitable.
