How do they shut off your sewer, unless it is broken. Septic less of an issue unless you are running some kind of pump. Using a "gray water/ rain barrel" system would extend your water to sewer expenditure.
Power/gas would be dependent on appliances and alternate cooking methods freezing temps. I'm making an assumption you are barricaded and tending something like a generator outside is not an option.

Sewer could be one of many system types. Apartment dwellers on the lower floors routinely have issues with sewage water back ups and leaks. Large metro areas pump sewage to the reclamation plants. Once the lift pumps to out, there is a shut down.
You mention "freezing temps"... in my case, I'll be using up lots of resources during the winter (firewood, food, etc).
The time line of a generator will depend on fuel...

If you're having all that turned off by the powers to be, you're longevity won't be your major concern.

Yeah, you fuckers keep telling me about that. I really, really don't think anybody is coming to cut off any services. Better to prepare for things that might happen, like get a generator for the next time a power station gets fucked. Or cut an extra cord of wood to increase sexy time next to the fire.
We are on a natural spring, and obviously not on city sewer. Our area has only had power for a decade, so it isn't as hard to go backward when the basics are in place.

you can catch water and survive but are the oil trucks still delivering oil?
are the food facilities still packaging goods?
can you get seeds to plant, will you last until the first crop, does your climate or soil allow for it? There are only so many deer and squirrel, and if the entire area is “off” those resources vanish quick.
in a snap shot of local resource deprivation some may be able to last a while. But the original settlers almost didn’t make it and that was their was if life.
now, if anyone is on truely needed medication and pharma shuts down, their all dead in a year or less.

On a productive note to this thread: There is still just enough affordable land available in remote areas where a guy could get a few acres that had water access and put a couple head of cattle on it. Yep, it'll cost you a lot of time, but if you're that worried about the apocalypse then it is probably good insurance. *Or you can start getting in well with a buddy that does have land, water, and a renewable food source. You're going to have to bring something to the table though.
If the world were to stop here as I know it, I've got ~ 80 head of calves each year that I'd have to get rid of at some place other than a market. I've got some good neighbors (contrary to my bitching) that have skills and other resources I might need. I would have no problem trading off a 600lb calf for a week of fence work, or a welding project etc... Close war buddies and family would probably come over as well to stay. I've got two creeks and a spring, cattle, chickens, a good garden thanks to the wife (too small for much more than our family though right now), and plenty of reserve medicine on hand until it truly expires. My wife is a Veterinarian, and has dome minor surgeries on me without issue. I have day and night observation/hunting capabilities.
My house was built with efficiency in mind, so when it is 30 degrees outside, it was still 45 inside when I was drying in. Conversely when its 95 degrees outside it only gets up to about 80 with the A/C off.
Hay production would diminish as I used up my reserve diesel tanks, so the herd size would have to decrease, but life here is sustainable unless I get covered in fallout.

The reality is if you have the alphabet boys after you, you don't want to stay in the same place long enough for them to shut your utilities off. The real question is can you make it to the mountains in some shitty sandbox before your resources dry up.
If you want me to be on topic: I have lived a week without running water, sewer, power, and had to ration propane in a NoDak winter. Beans were my friend. Assuming snow is staying on the ground for water, I could do that until I run out of gas or food so 2 months?

I personally hate delaying the inevitable. I've got things set where the wife and kids would make it without me...and the next husband would get into a pretty decent windfall.
My biggest concern is keeping someone from getting the jump on me, and keeping the kids out of harms way once we get to that point. That goes for basic home defense (home invasion etc...) but translates to other areas.
Natural resources are my strong point, but I have holes elsewhere.
