Should be a 700 PSS. 24" barrel, flat crown.
Sold by Remington to Law/police dept's only, although this was left to the dealers discression. Some, were sold to anybody. The barrel should have "Remington bla, bla, bla 308 win" further up towards the crown. Would make a great Donor, as "C" prefix's were used in replacement of worn out six diget origionals. Gettibg harder to find.
