I’m so confused by the mcmillan on that 223. It looks like an A1-3 and an A5 had a baby together. Did they make the A5 with a different back end at one point? All the ones I’ve ever owned had the bag notch in the bottom of the butt stock.

I agree, forend also doesn’t look wide enough to be A5
 
it's a unique stock for sure, I don't know the history on it honestly. pick it up many years ago. round count is unknown but when I bought it off the man he gave me roughly 100 hand loads in various Gr's which the gun like all 3 variants. I don't hand load so currently I shoot 75 BTHP Hornady blacks, Sub MOA all day
