Looking for a decent set of 30mm rings, height around .92 should do the trick. I would like something decent; such as vortex pmr etc but doesn’t have to be anything crazy as it is for my 22lr.

Did you look into the new Vortex Pro Series Rings? They are pretty good for the money. Made in USA too. I have a set and like them. Would be great for a .22 rifle. I think they are $60 on amazon.
