Desert tech HTI chambering issues

Recently bought a HTI from a forum member and finally tried to chamber different types of ammo and it seems the throat is VERY short; factory loaded PPU match will not chamber, nor will most ammo that is not loaded to the far side of the cannelure, anything seated super short chambers fine though. Anyone have a similar experience? Can anything be done to mitigate it?

HTI, what caliber? I have an HTI 50 and it chambers pretty good, when I do have issues, its magazine seating related. I shoot Hornady A-Max 750 Match through it. I have always felt the Hornady ammo was seated pretty deep..
