I am getting a DT MDR soon and was wondering if anybody had some hands on experience with the mdr and rifle scope. Thought about a TA11 acog or maybe a 2-10 or something like. What’s everyones thoughts?

Throw a cheap red dot or iron sights on it first to make sure it works before buying a scope.
yes the acogs are sweet lil scopes. What model do you suggest. Thought maybe a ta11?
If i decide i really like this mdr i may spring for a highend like the atacr or valdada. Gonna shoot it for awhile before i spend that kinda cash though. I have a viper pst 1-4 i can try for a bit to.
I run a 3-15 XTR II on mine and feel that it suits the purpose of the rifle pretty well.
I like the 4X the best....I can shoot accurately to 500 yds but don’t give up the quick response which is the whole purpose of the short platform. It’s expensive but I can hit steel easy to 500 with the T-1. After becoming familiar with how the t1 works I can quickly dial down for long shots and up for in close...I always look at what my purpose of any tool is. In this case it is for a quick MOA gun for close to medium engagements. I want to be able to hit a human sized target to 350 yds...any further and I am going to let them go...
Any more suggestions? I sent it back to have all the 2019 updates done to it now. Still thinking about what optic for it. I really like the feel of it and the accuracy. The reliability has been great besides the over gassing and the back pin walking out so easy.
