I purchased this new. I only ever used the torque wrench and maybe the bore guide. It is complete (see the final stock photo from MGW). When it went to the range, it went inside of a hard polymer travel case (Similar to a Pelican) and was always stored inside my (smoke free, no-children) home in an HVAC-controlled area (not inside a garage or anything like that).
