Developing load (nodes) and suppressors?

Hi, I am going to be developing 2 caliber loads (223 6.5CM) and will be doing the ladder test for finding nodes. My question is would it change the preferable node zone by adding or changing suppressors. I pretty much suppress everything (13 stamps and counting) but if I develop a load to "perfection" I don't want to ruin it by either -not using a suppressor or using a different suppressor (not including POI shift obviously)

I develop without a can staying away from high nodes/max charges then zero with can. Only difference I see is POI shift once installing the can.

I develop with a can because I figure “what’s the point of buying this thing if I’m not gonna use it?”

That and I hate unsilenced rifles now.

I do the same as Spife. All my load development is done with my can on, and I have also come to dislike unsuppressed shooting.
