Gunsmithing Deviant bolt question

I have a Deviant LA mag bolt face, can I simply purchase a LM bolt for it or do I need to start with a LM action ?

The Lapua/Norma mag bolts are 0.750" diameter bolt bodies and will not work with standard Long Action and Long Action Magnum receivers due to them using 0.700" dia bolts.
