Gosh, that's a lot of 'training' they do. On top of the 450 million rounds ordered earlier... even hollow point. I don't know about you, but I like to shoot hollow point at paper.

How the game will play out:
If the current administration loses, they are going to run up the red flag and try to steal the election back... by force.
Genuine Marshall Law will be implemented. Well, on paper, of course.
Because all those patriots wearing badges and uniforms are U.S. citizen patriots first and so there will be no one to fire the ammo.
That, and there are 73,000 members of the Hide who will be covering all avenues of approach in the U.S. so it will be like a sopping wet pack of Cat firecrackers NOT going off.

This is the govt way of conducting gun control or ammunition control. They buy all the ammo and leave nothing for anyone else or the price will increase drastically. They have endless supply of ammo because they raise your taxes and print more money.

Why would a ammo purchase for training need to be classified? For the same reason as many other classifications: to reduce government accountability.
Could be an attempt to reduce civilian ammo buying by cornering the market. The ammo makers should get together and keep a portion of their production for civilian sales.
