I've flown in a couple of Super Pumas in my life.
Too bad this kind of unbiased, thorough investigation can't be applied to other things. Like maybe govt corruption, stolen elections, etc.

Dodged rotor shrapnel once. Worked at a backwoods airfield in Humbolt county, boss had a home built Rotorway Exec. Fucking flying volkswagon.
He was running the thing around tuning it. Battery in front flying solo for CG. Got his girlfriend and kid in going heli-camping in the mountains.
Forgot to move battery to the rear for CG with passenger.
Nosed right over on takeoff.
I was hiding behind a 2x4 in my makeshift paint booth as shrapnel was ripping thru the plastic.
Fun times!
