Yes, Pierce Engineering built it.
He cut, crowned, threaded, chambered, and installed the barrel using Gary Eliseo recoil disk. He also turned the barrel at 0.750" at the muzzle.
According to Gary, stock assembly is a DIY operation, but since the stock had to be shipped to Pierce anyway (for the recoil disk), I preferred them to assembly it (since they already did quite a few of them).
AFAICS they did a pretty nice and tidy job.
