Page has snubbed a congressional subpoena and openly tells them to fuck off. Congress has the power to arrest her and have the Seargent at Arms drag her to the floor of Congress and they haven't done so. She does not have the option to not appear unless Congress allows it by sitting on their hands. Congress does not need the DOJ or any other body to haul her in.

Members of Congress have thrown around countless threats over this issue but have done almost nothing (same goes for Rosenstein and his failure to sufficiently produce documents), and they certainly haven't arrested anyone. Words and lots of indignation, but no action...

But of course it gets worse, Strzok will publicly testify today and Page will get to hear what he has to say before she testifies. That is fucked up six ways to Sunday. There are a variety of lawyers and former prosecutors sitting in Congress who would never have allowed this to happen in their former careers.
