Pence just took the folder Trump handed him. nancy tried to shake Trumps hand but I don't see why he would. He knew they would try and pull some stunt during the speech. I thought it was awesome for Trump to disrespect nancy like that on national TV.

Just off the top of my head. I count Nancy pulling two stunts. She actually pulled the first glaringly "cute" stunt, when she announced the President.
So.....
Yeah they have always baited Trump to see if they could wind him up.
