I've got a body die that's sizing my brass too small. Anybody ever polish the inside of a die a few thousandths so it doesn't resize so much?

That's not going to work. The die is hardened and would need some serious polishing with coarse grit....and that would turn your concentric die into garbage. Just buy a new die....way easier.
Send it back to the manufacturer with a case that it resized. Ask for a replacement. You shouldn't have to pay for something that doesn't work right.
