Difference b/w LE Wilson Micrometer Seaters & Sinclair/LE Wilson Micrometer Seaters?

Can anyone with experience tell me what the differences are between the LE Wilson Micrometer seaters vs the Sinclair/LE WIlson Micrometer seaters? It appears the SInclair/LE Wilson dies are click adjustable w/ .0005" resolution while the standard LE Wilson are not click adjustable (ie. infinitely adjustable) - any other differences?

Following... my SinclairWilson in-line seater arrived yesterday, still in the box... I debated the same question, but I appreciate that tactile “clicks”... actual use test to follow. ?
