Night Vision Difference in FLIR PS series

Is there a difference between the MS324 and the MS324B first mate II? I found a thread that said there are only a couple little differences between the MS and the PS series and then the same with a software update. Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure ms doesn't have instalert. I also hear you can put it on there tho.
